My fireplace seems to be operating but there is no flame on my screen or I have some flame but it seems very dim?
The flame effect for your fireplace is delivered from chandelier type light bulbs that are accessed from the front of your fireplace. From time to time these will need to be replaced. Simply tilt the firebox backwards and push the latch lever to the left (please see owner’s manual for specific directions). Once released, lightly pull up on the glass door and it will swing upwards to reveal the light bulb access. Turn the flame effect control to the “on” position and inspect the bulbs to ensure all are operating properly. Should a bulb not be operating, turn off and unplug the firebox. These bulbs can be replaced with any standard 40 watt chandelier type bulb. Once you ensure all bulbs are working properly, simply lower the door to the closed position and push the latch lock to the right to secure.
