My remote control does not work?

Some models of firebox inserts include remote controls. To use the remote control, ensure that all switches are turned “OFF” on the firebox inserts main control panel. Then, point the remote control at the front of the firebox insert and press the desired button. Please see the owner’s manual that came with your product for specific directions for which buttons on the remote perform which functions.
